    What are credentials..

In common usage, a credential is what makes someone suitable for a particular job or activity. Examples include a license, a certification, or an educational degree. In a broader sense, it is any training achievement that increases knowledge, skills, and competence to do a job. We created CONFITREK to allow you to create, assign, manage, and report on every credential needed by your organization's training plans.

    Mandated Credentials

These training credentials are required by your jurisdiction's governing body that mandates compliance to the the continuing education of your organization's staff. We started CONFITREK with the Minnesota POST mandated training requirements and designed the system to easily accommodate any state's mandated requirements. We have expanded our service offering to IN, OH, OR. Our goal is to provide our services in all fifty states; just ask us how we can help your organization.

    Custom Credentials...

We’ve made a leap in progress for managing training compliance in your organization. We have extend our proven system for managing state mandated training credentials, and now, your organization can manage custom credentials. Do you have specialized training for teams like SWAT or individuals like TASER instructor? We’ve got you covered with Custom Credentials. Simply put, you can create custom credentials that are important to your organization's training plan for licensed officers and civilians. CONFITREK provides the ability to view training compliance across your entire organization and also ensures training coordinators and users will be notified of upcoming training, training completed, licenses expirations, and certifications.

    How custom credentials help...

In a typical organization, a person will have one or more credentials that allows them to do the work required. CONFITREK now allows any person in your organization to be associated with any number of credentials that can be planned, tracked, and monitored for compliance. How many times have you asked if your firearms instructor has an up-to-date training certificate prior to the quarterly firearms proficiency course? Or has all of my staff been trained for CPR? CONFITREK now allows you to answer these question in near-real time.

    Examples of custom credentials...

  • Policy Credentials...

We've extended custom credentials to offer policy and procedure credentials. Your organization probably has hundreds of policies and procedures, from the mundane to mission critical, and managing the acknowledgement of reading policies and procedures can be very time consuming and expensive. We've designed policy credentials to save you time and money by allowing an organization to upload policy documents (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, images), assign individuals or groups in your organization to read and acknowledge the policy, and report on compliance just like mandated and custom credentials.

    How policy credentials help...

In a typical organization, a person will have multiple policies and procedures that are required to do their job. Furthermore, these policies are updated over time and require re-acknowledgement of the updates. Maybe you have a big-box solution or you are using emails, it's an arduous and expensive endeavor. With CONFITREK policy credentials, you can leverage the same admin personnel and workflows to manage policy credentials along side of custom and state mandated credentials saving time and money with a one-stop shop for overall organization training compliance.
